Who are we
ROBAU was founded by Carol Baulch and Glenn Lim with a goal to make advanced robotics accessible to everyone, and to source the best robotic technologies tailored for Australian and APAC needs.
Carol Baulch is an Australian IT professional with an interest in robotics and Artificial Intelligence (AI). Carol's journey in the technology sector spans two decades, during which she has delivered enterprise hardware and software solutions for government, utilities, insurance and banking corporations. Her background has provided her with a unique perspective on how technology can be leveraged to solve real-world problems.
Glenn Lim, an accomplished senior strategy, innovation, customer experience, operations and transformation leader has over 20 years of international experience helping organisations in Australia, APAC, UK, Europe, EMEA, Latin America and North America. Glenn formulates clear and strategic direction to deliver efficiency improvement, compliance, cost reduction and revenue growth. His unique blend of Customer, Business and Technology background enables him to design innovative and fit for purpose solutions for business and real world applications.
